Welcome to the TUT page. If you ever get a space to study at TUT, you should consider yourself very fortunate. Universities in Gauteng, including TUT, are mostly flooded with “qualifying” students who can’t find space to study. On the other hand, TUT’s multiple campuses across many provinces of South Africa, don’t make the “space” situation better anyway. This is because students prefer to study at the main campus in Pretoria. Students want to live in big cities, where it would be easier to secure jobs after studying.

Application Dates
- Undergraduate Applications: Open 1 April 2025 and close 30 September 2025.
- Postgraduate Applications (Honours, Master’s, and PhD): Open 1 June 2025 and close 30 November 2025.
